Situated on the outskirts of the pretty village of Staveley near Harrogate this converted barn has original features, private garden and a car port.  An ideal base for visiting the many nearby attractions and enjoying pretty scenery.  Available all year round from £50 per night. 

Situated just 5 minutes from Juction 48 of the A1(M) there are so many places to visit without spending too much time getting there.  Harrogate with Bettys Tea rooms and RHS Harlow Carr Gardens is 7 miles away.  Visit York which is 20 miles away, also pretty towns such as Masham, Skipton, Fountains Abbey and the Yorkshire Dales

The village of Staveley has a population of around 300, one of the main attrations is the Nature Reserve.  Staveley Nature Reserve is owned by the Yorkshire Wildlife Trust and is a 10 minute walk from the cottage.  There are shallow lagoons, bird hides and many species of animals and birds to spot.

Also within walking distance is the local village pub The Royal Oak.  Approximately a 15 minute walk from Gardeners Cottage be welcomed by log fires and real ales and wonderful home cooked food.

The cottage is set in the grounds of our garden.  Please note no pets and no smoking.  There are 10 steps leading from the car port to the cottage front door so not suitable for guests with mobility issues.  For any information and to book please contact Emma Summersgill emma.summersgill@btinternet.com
